What the mark means
When you see the mark in a shop window or on a listing here, it means three specific things.

Οι επιχειρήσεις που έχουν λάβει το σήμα το εμφανίζουν στον χώρο τους και στον δημόσιο κατάλογο του Δήμου. Είναι η ένδειξη ότι η επιχείρηση έχει αξιολογηθεί βάσει των δημοσιευμένων κριτηρίων — όχι αυτοανακήρυξη.
You do not need to ask
The answers are already written down: noise, lighting, waiting times and quieter areas. You can read them before leaving your accommodation.
They understand why you are asking
The staff have been trained — not only the owner. You do not need to explain yourself when asking for a table in the corner.

Each business appoints a contact person. If you want to arrange something in advance, you know who to speak to.
